Refund Policy

Subject to these regulations, we provide refunds for the purchase of items but not for the fulfillment of services. Our return period is 14 days after you receive any item. 

If your order has been delivered after 14 days, we are unable to provide you with a refund. To return an item for a refund, it must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging. 

To process your return, please provide a receipt or proof of purchase. Items that have been manufactured or personalised for you are non-refundable, unless defective. Please confirm all products before purchase.  

If you need to return an item, please send us an email at the contact email address listed on this page, and we will supply you with the return address for your things. We will tell you via email once we have received and reviewed your returned item. We will also advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund, and your refund will be processed within seven business days of the returned item being certified to be in fair condition.  

When returning things, you should use a trackable delivery method or purchase shipping insurance. You will be responsible for your own shipping charges when returning your goods. Shipping expenses are nonrefundable. 

If you get a refund, except for a damaged item, the cost of return postage will be deducted from your refund.
